The common pattern behind these projects is simple:

  • A recurring task is consuming too much human time.
  • Reporting is too manual or too inconsistent.
  • A team depends on repeated follow-up for something that should be visible automatically.
  • Validation work is slower than it needs to be because no one has wrapped a system around it yet.
